I really liked the interior. It's a nice! Parking was a bit difficult as the lot gets packed, and I would recommend street parking somewhere close. It has nice outdoor seating for when it's warm with swings and picnic tables. There was also live music was so a vibe. There are two bars one inside and one outside. There is also indoor seating if you wanted. Service was nice and fast. Stayed out until 2 am until the place closed. I got the sour! It was very tasty. With a good pizza from Luigi's next door, it paired perfectly! They also have a food truck inside the outdoor fencing area.

My friend and I visited Axelrad for a fun night out. It was a Friday of Latin music, cumbia mostly. Place is huge, but get there early if you want to get a table, we got there around 9 and it was not that easy to get one. We had a blast dancing, and my friends loved their drinks and ice cold beers. There is a pizzeria at the back if you want to eat something, and some other food vendors with Argentinian empanadas. Neighborhood is calmed, there is no parking lot so you have to park wherever you can fin a free spot near by.

This is a very spacious place with a chill ambiance. It's a great place to hang out with friends and have a drink. I got the Beez in the Trap (Monopolowa Gin, Pear Liqueur, House-Infused Sage Honey, & Lemon) & I loved it. The drinks were delicious and decently priced. It also appeared to be dog friendly. We also got some empanadas which were okay but too greasy for me.

Went to the Axelrad to see The Suffers. This was a fantastic venue with a cool vibe to see an awesome Houston Band. Their bar had a nice selection of beer on tap, premade frozen drinks, and looked like a pretty full bar. It was cold last night and a coffee bar or coffee truck, in addition to the taco truck, would have been amazing. That or some hot cocoa with a shot of peppermint schnapps would have been a nice warming drink. There is good seating, lots of hammock chairs, and some stand heaters. Fire pits would have been amazing. They had some vendors selling wares. We chose to get chocolate chip cookies. Luigi's supreme pizza was on premise and delicious. I'd eat there again. Good times and I cannot wait to go back.

Calm beer garden vibe, pizza restaurant on the backyard but closes early. Bar sells paletas my favorite. I got a juicy bit beer, it was juicy but bitter at the end. Hammock seating and plenty tables outside and upstairs.

I love sitting on the patio out here especially those Houston audiences nights where it's still really nice out. The hammocks are great comfy and it really promotes relaxing. Well priced drinks and usually something frozen and tasty not too far away. The pizzeria next door is exactly what you need for a chill night in the neighborhood. Come to find out they have comedy nights upstairs and I will definitely be checking it out soon.

The first stop in the Bachelorette bar hop was a successful can't beat free entry, live music, and good drinks. I got the mango margarita, and it didn't disappoint. The performer was awesome, had a nice Latin flare, and the made to order food outside smelled delicious. It's a nice space both inside and out.

Before coming to Houston, I kept getting told that Axelrad was a cool spot to go and it has easily become my go to, afterwork happy hour. Its a very spacious, casual beer garden and the happy hour goes until 7PM. I've returned a few times now and haven't had any issues finding parking (granted I'm here on the weekdays and not the weekend). They have a wide selection of beers, frozen drinks, and mixed drinks as well as some wine options as well. Their happy hour prices and times are hard to pass up, especially since there's always plenty of space to chill out as well. It's been hot but manageable even in the summer and there's some inside seating for those who want more climate control. They seem to have a lot of various events as it gets later in the evening l so I'll have to return for those in the future!

Very nice causal hang out beer garden that has Luigi's pizza inside and some food stalls sometimes. The bar is indoors and sometimes you would find video game options available. There's also a cute Photo Booth inside! There's plenty of space outdoors in the patio for sitting plus cute swings to be sat on too. There's a cute tree in the center with multi-colored lights giving a nice background at night and there's also a big screen on here. Several beer options available! There's a parking lot available on site as well!

I love the vibes here - super chill and great to catch up with friends. The patio area is SUPER spacious with hammocks, swings, and bench seating. Not sure about parking because I always uber here. I LOVE that there's food trucks, pizza, and gelato because I may not drink much...but your girl sure does eat LOL. :') Drinks are average, but bartenders are quick and efficient. Last time I was here, we ordered Irish coffees and they were TERRIBLE :'( I was super sad because it sounded so good on the menu. But our drinks were bitter and full of coffee grounds. We didn't even finish it. On the first Friday of every month, there's a free comedy show upstairs. But be mindful walking up / downstairs - the stairs are steep! I wish this was walking distance to other bars / restaurants, but overall a great place to visit.
